Therapies We Offer

At Nurtured State, we believe that every person’s story, strengths and experiences matter. Supporting children, adolescents, young adults and families, our clinicians draw on a range of evidence based therapeutic approaches tailored to each person's needs, strengths and goals.

Rather than applying a single method, we tailor therapy, thoughtfully integrating approaches that support emotional wellbeing, relationships and identity.

Our work is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in neuroaffirming and inclusive framework.

Assessments

We provide comprehensive psychological assessments to support understanding, clarity and tailored support. We take time to understand the whole person within the context of their family, school, work and life experiences.

Our assessment process is collaborative and respectful, aiming not simply to label difficulties but to build a deeper understanding of each person’s strengths, needs and supports.

Assessments typically involve a combination of clinical interviews, standardised assessment tools, questionnaires, and feedback sessions where we carefully explain the findings and recommendations.

We assess for neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism and ADHD, specific learning disorders and intellectual developemental disorders.

We are accessible nationwide and offer treatment via telehealth.
